I thought PS1 was one of the most creative gameplay premises, and entertaining MMOs, ever. No boring grinding, action all the time, but with meaningful progression as well. You could log in quick just to have fun for 30 minutes, or to take part in or organize a massive attack. I haven't played an online game in 5 years at least, but this is definitely going to bring me back in - can't wait for Beta.

Have you played Dust or do you just guess that it has nothing to offer? Besides, I dislike all the colors in Planetside, it burns my eyes :P

Play planetside 2!! It's a real mmo! I have played many 24 vs 24 games and dust has less to show..

Now if only you could turn the android/ios tablets into full command tools using the voip and a realtime map/overview of the battlefield. Beeing able to command a squad and give them orders through a tablet would be awesome.

Magrider still firing energy beams rather than projectiles? They probably nerfed the hell out of it in ps2. You could easily snipe down aircrafts while hovering above water(on maps that had that). Crazy good vehicle. One big problem in ps1 were the max units, far too weak and easily countered by even light armored infantry using heavy weapons(can't remember the name of the weapon that fired a missile and had to be reloaded).
