At least Ray Davies isn't playing an acoustic guitar for this song. I saw him a while back with his current touring band and he was terrible. Poor song selection. Not to mention, Ray thinks that everything he does is clever, even though most dedicated fans disagree. It's one thing to make music that's different from the normal mainstream, but it's a crime to make crappy music for your own fans.

What a great influence the Kinks were on punk and metal music. Good on them. Probably more influential than the Who and Small Faces. The Kinks and The Doors simply rock!!!
