scooter or hardknock or crotch rocket or bagger...he is still on 2 wheels riding (while you are judging inside of a vehicle). Hardknocks are cool no question...but as someone who has ridden everything from a moped to a zillion pound bagger...a scooter can be pretty fun. Nice drive down Evergreen in Everett BTW...
