Mini band around knees, stand approx shoulder width apart about 3 inches from the wall. Perform squat only to the level where you can maintain perfect neutral spine

  • How often do you see individuals lean too far forward while performing the squat. The point of this exercise is to prevent the individual from leaning too far forward and increase hip drive. The band around the knees increases glute activation thus further improving hip drive.
