  • @privettricker I just played along to your video in standard tuning EADGBe (no capo) and the chords were, as I said A#, D#7, F7. you are not playing D, G7 or A7. if you were the notes in the first chord would be D, A and F#. however they are not. they are A#, E# and D, making it an A# chord, not a D. No matter where you put the capo DOES NOT change the key of the song, just the chord positions. the first chord you play is and A shape, but your guitar is tuned up a half step making it A#

  • @MrBB102 Regardless of where you're tuned, there's no F or F7 in it. The three chords of the progression would be D, A7, and G7. At least, those are the chord fingerings. Beginners shouldn't get hung up on tuning to 440, because rock songs are all over the place in terms of tuning. For example, most AC/DC songs are in A or E, but few of them in the same key are tuned alike. I hope that makes sense!
