People say 'the marriage ruined SPider-man' or 'The clone saga ruined Spider-man' neither of those are true. Who are those people? Joe Quesada. He hired 10 writers to write one book after he ruined it. He makes the worst comic book of all time, then he makes it worse. Why? I've never been so offended as a fan as the last four years of Amazing Spider-man. Imagine how many of us readers wrote in and Joe didn't give a damn.

From an old fan the new Star Trek was great .

Amazing Spider-Man HAS sold better in the past. WAYYYY better than it currently does and you ALSO KNOW that.

Yes I half didn't and half did wanna hear OMD's explanation. partially did bcos I wanted 2 know exactly HOW my fav character got raped and partially didn't bcos of the pain AND bcos I just don't care anymore. Yes OMD ruined Spidey 4 me

Joe Quesada managed to produce the worst Spider-man comics of all time and not only did he do that, he continued with it and acted like it was the best thing ever. I can't imagine him talking about this and not have somebody in the room say 'Joe, this is the worst thing ever'. They promise readers big unmasking stories and magical resurrections that seem nothing like distractions while another year goes by so they can give us that garbage?

OMIT should have been omitted. Salt in the wound. And Jose hits the nail on the head. The fat man thing is one of the dumbest, most idiotic contrivances I've ever heard of. This lives up to the epithet of "Amazing". Slopped together things like this are totally rant-worthy.
