@Nicshooter Its not always about weight lifted, theres lots of other intensity boosters to use w/ k-bells... Try switching up your rep tempo; instead of always lifting same speed try slowing down to 3-5 seconds for each segment of each lift- 3:5:3 = 3 second concentric (positive) phase, 5 second (isometric phase) and 3 second eccentric (negative) phase.. others include uni-lateral vs bi-lateral moves, stand on 1 foot, use uneven surfaces, breathing.. try 1 1/2's, rest-pauses, drop sets etc..

@Nicshooter Well if you wants to get stronger then yes.. : P
But you don't go up in weight so fast with kettlebells as ordinary weights.

I just started kettlebell training, I bought a 20lbs, should I move to heavier later on when i'm used to the 20?
