Grand theft Auto IV Manhunt Reference: Manhunt Pedestrian

The manhunt obsessed ped.
The ped has many images from manhunt on his clothing, he has a monkey from the Manhunt Bonus scene 'Monkey See, Monkey die' embroided on the upper back of his jacket. A smilies badge on his jackets collar. And a member of the removed gang 'The Jury' on his t-shirt.

Thanks for the comment, there are others that you can find roaming around much more occasionally, they look the same as this guy but with different features. I believe they are more common on the Episodes for GTA IV than standard IV.
