Maeso SuperSingle 450 gp www.maeso.be

Here I am for the first ever test of my SuperSingle prototype, just a few days before I go to the Isle of Man for racing.
Very exciting, this has been my creation as everything has been home hand made by myself, to convert a CRF 450 in my visión of a SuperSingle or formula 450 or 450 GP bike. The bike worked really well having the normal problems of a prototype... byt the way....enjoy the "always there" unforgetable sound of the my friend´s old Bultaco race bike in this video.

what top sped do you reckin on a 450 single?

HI, that´s great, if the NW200 ran them I´d race mine there in my way to the TT. I have tested my bike at Portimao and Almería but it´s at the early tuning stages so I have not pushed the limits, but it will easlily equal the 125 cc gp top speeds or so.

Te gustan? espero que si. la verdad es que me apasiona competir no solo en la moto, sino también preparando la mejor máquina, y categorías como las nuevas 450 gp y >Moto2 son muy buenas para eso... lástima de estar siempre sin un duro....

hi, it was not over the mountain, it´s just a pojecto to be raced in Spain, but don´t really know if it´s gonna be possible this year, I´m very busy getting my bikes ready for the TT and the 450 project is stopped, although I´ve got many parts in my garage to put on.

Hi, thank you very much for your comments. Although it looks std, I have lowered both front and rear by 4 cm the rear and 6 cm the front, also the triple clamp is mounted at 20º enstead of the original 22. I have made just one test and it´s about right for me, but what I don´t want is taking the front very low like those BeOnautomitive kits now running in Spain that I have felt not very stable. ´Finishing now a few details left, will go for a serious test on track soon. thanks again.
