  • I notice good fat loss working out on empty stomach plus if you're taking NO explode or other pre workout empty stomach type supplements there's another catch 22. So it just depends on what your goals are. For real skinny people looking to put on mass..definitely pre & post. If your training in strength or power pre shake is good too. Hypertrophy and circuit training is great on empty stomach, etc. Hope that helps.

  • How can you not eat before a workout? You surely can't train properly on an empty stomach? Yet, that's what's being said in the video.

  • a pre and post workout shake is what i recommend for those looking to build muscle. For those who are looking to burn more fat (of course they're building muscle too) but I usually recommend just a post workout shake because of the fat burning on an empty stomach...allthough taking a pre WO shake will slightly increase muscle gains over non pre WO shake and muscle increases metabolism which will in the long run be good for fat loss it really can go both ways.

  • Good Comments Darko!! YES 6 meals a day. Understand a MEAL is a small portion of protein & carbs not a normal American SlobFest of over portions..lol. Eating smaller meals every 3 hrs increases your bodies efficiency and ability to USE the food you put it it..thats good!! As far as creatine..if your goal is to build muscle..Creatine will assit it, no if ands or buts about it!! You don't have to use it but it does work. If your a male looking to get bigger i recommend creatine.

  • If you wanna get rock hard abs, do what I did, and go to TRUTHABOUTABS. CZ. CC and learn everything you need ot know about REAL abs ;)

  • The reason you eat 6 meals a day is to make your body keep burning calories. Its not 6 big meals a day its 3 normal ones and 3 smaller ones. Creatine a no no???? Umm creatine is a natural chemical in our body that provides energy to muscles. And of course everyone will tell you try to get 1g of protein per lb of body weight. You might want to do some research before you say stuff like that. P.S. I don't use Creatine I prefer Protein and Protein bars and I eat 6 meals a day.

  • I question this 6 meals a day thing. I also question the "take a lot of protein" thing. Creatine is a no no. This is not solid advice. I eat 3 meals a day. I only take 50 gramms of protein a day. I don't use creatine, I tried it but it didn't do anything for me. I work out 4 days a week and I do fine.
