i tired of being skinny and people telling me i am,
so i want to get toned and put a bit of muscle mass on so i look good for my self

  • @bradbiker you wouldnt want to do heavy weights right away, I would say build a foundation first with light weights, 3 sets of 15, check out the video "6 Week Muscle Gaining Program" by Vince , I'm in week 4 and I already got great gains.

    i want a bigger chest, is it better to do heavier weights and low reps or so you can just about finish the last one in the 3 set?

  • @bradbiker I was the same at 135 lbs 3 weeks ago before I hit the gym. I'm 143 lbs now, working out and eating right is the way to go if you want to gain weight, let me know if you need anything info or help...good luck
