The very last shot of that movie shows a distinct shadow being cast on the wall. I guess when we think of ghost's we think they should be transparent and not a solid object like this is. Not convinced its a ghost, the shirt on a stick theory seems more likely because of the way it is flopping around. Hold a shirt on a coat hanger on the end of a broom stick and see for yourself...
