I play flam triplets different, I play R(Flam) L R L(Flam) R L -Repeat

there is no such thing as a right hand or a left hand drummer. You should be able to play equally well no matter which hand you lead with. Oh there is no rest between let and two. one trip let two trip let .get your sticks to play lR r l rL l r with no rest. lesson is great other than that.
