This is a video found on a chinese bbs site. No clue on the player's name but he manages to defeat the last boss on one continue and then revealing the TLB. It gets more insane when the TLB ends up having 2 life bars.

I happen to have some knowledge of this vid

The location where this vid is filmed is Shanghai, done on April 21, and the player is I.O. the machines were set to one extra life every 8 million points, so this is not an actual occ.

will fight SPIRITUAL LARSA she appears to be very hard as her bullets deal(also forgot to mention you have to do no miss to the final boss on stage 5 to fight her as well also if you buy this in the us off xbox live the god mode is added)major damage and most people say they can get up to her then die just like that also has lots of requirements to fight here

actually the second form boss is called SPIRITUAL LARSA an extremly hard to reach boss to fight here you ethier must be playing an arcade version of mushihimesama futari or black label version(as both those version contain god mode a mode which is required or you cant fight spirituial larsa and is only on these versions of the game)so you need to choose god mode difficulty and beat god mode with out dying YEAH EASY RIGHT and when you get to the 5th stage and beat the boss "dragon emperion" you

TLB doesn't mean The Last Boss, it's TRUE Last Boss ... a boss that only ever appears if you beat the game pretty perfectly
