I bought the Real Kids album of the same name, the day after this number got its probably one and only airing on BBC Radio 1 at lunchtime at work. The album got stolen in a burgalry about 10 years ago but I never forgot this number. There was a lot of good, new stuff happening then, but a few tracks stood out. This was one of them.
I always thought the Kings of Leon might've took a leaf out of the Real Kids' book.

Awesome band and a truly classic song, this brings back so many memories and, possibly, a teeny, little tear to my eye!
In a way, it's sad to see that even a perennial icon of teenage Rock'N'Roll like the Real Kids grew old like the rest of us.
Yet, they're alive and ROCK better and louder than ever, so who cares?

The Kids ruled Boston Rock.mid 70's to mid 80's and still kickin ass and takin numbers....
