Day 206 of Dee's Speedbag Workout. Trainer Raul built a free-standing all-wood speed bag platform for me. I put the Everlast Professional (U bolt) Swivel on it. It took a few days to adjust to the wood, but overall, not a bad setup.

Thanks, Biff. That's a great song... I still love my steel drum setup, but this free-standing wood one is great and was under $150 for materials! Re: Raul... :-) :-)
