Does he scream often?  Is he trained to do that or does he do it on command?

Ha, He is my stepsons dog. No, he's not trained, i guess he does it when he is startled. This particular night, he met my sister-in-law (who is a HUGE animal lover) for the first time. something he didn't like about her when she bent down to pet him. Sounds like a chimpanzee or something, doesn't he? This was the first time i've heard such a thing

My pug has done this too! He got startled and ran out of the room screaming bloody murder! I really thought he was hurt by the way he sounded, but he was totally fine... I guess he's just an over-dramatic dog!
