there is no hmong trader during the vietnam war. The only war trade is the hmong that got draft into the army in vietnam. Little they can do, fight or they will be executed. So there is no trader my friend.

I'm Hmong. What I heard about Hmong people in the Vietnam War was that they fought for freedom and needed money(food,ect.). So that is why they help the U.S fight the war. My brother told me he think the war is both the U.S,Hmong,Vietnam faults. Not just one country or what ever.

My wife was a producer on this Movie. They made this film about the Ravens, the flying group, not the Hmong people. They tried extremely hard to be objective and tell their story, believe me when I say this is accurate. I worked on it in a small capacity, but she took these guys back to Laos and it was cathartic. I will post again on how to get this film.

@HistoryHmoobGuy I understand that you are Hmong, I am Hmong too. However, the point I am saying here is that, in this world, everywhere in every country, every ethnicity, there will be people who will become Who*re and do these bad things. That's okay because that's their life. Why dont we try to gather up as a Hmong community and figure out a way to help our Hmong people. Those who doesnt matter, doesnt need to be worry about.

@HistoryHmoobGuy Then you should go learn more about the "Hmong History". Doesnt matter that Hmong people today come to America and become whores. We live in a unfair, unequal world. Happens everywhere, whoring, drugs, affairs yet that isnt our concern. The main concern here is we need to start loving one another. Hmong people came here in the late 70's and here we are today, very educated, and very successful, so my friend, that is what you need to worry not what doesnt concern you. :)
