@MsLikeaChola Selling licences is normal thing.40 precent of them were sold to russians if u didn't know.Only those two countries has tech for that!!!!

@MsLikeaChola So get data on that.They sold licences for searching drills.Real licences will be given later and off course to many companies.Half of them are american of course but only americans and russians have technolgy to get shell gas because its different kind of gas(only amercicans operate their sources and Poland will be second in the world to get this kind of gas).The same thing as Poland did other countries as Norway(normal gas).Norway didn't have technolgy.It's free market man.

I think that this kind of statement (that Ukraine is poor) is, in a way,reaction to our own, Polish, complex. Thou saying that: "there are no significant differences between life quality" is a bit exaggerated. It's true, Ukraine has bigger resource's potential (oil, gas, minerals) but poorly managed. This in combine with political instability causes western markets to be very, very careful when it comes to investing in Ukraine. But one day you will be in EU, it's just a mater of time:)
