It's now the middle of winter here in Canmore, and the world cups are over, the excitement of the season has just peaked. It's this time of year, especially in the dark of night that inspires dreams of sandy beaches, warm ocean waves, and a little break from the daily training routine. As the temperatures drop, lets go back to last September, and visit the scene of such a dream.

I really like your videos... just fantastic photography/images. Can I ask you a question? How do you get those time-lapse shots? Do you have a special camcorder that does that?

Thanks. I just use my regular camcorder and record up to an hour of footage. I then have to speed it up and recompile several times in post.
