I have a pointer and some actions planned for him in the next version. I'll switch the workflow around and add the lipsync back in at the end, cheers for the suggestion.

Your proffesor is a bit stiff. Try giving him some body movement while he's talking. Always concentrate on the body's animation before worrying about the lip sync. That way, you have a more realistic, human feel to your animated buddy. :)
