    簡單講就是用力前吸氣~然後憋著,然後慢慢吐出

    你試試看舉重物的時候是吸氣還是呼氣~通常我們拿重物的時候都會­屏息,其中一個原是因爲舉起東西的時候很難換氣,所以都要先吸一­口氣才能撐到整個動作做完~這和跳躍前提氣收腿是一樣的道理
