  • horse bow. horn bows are thousands of dollars and are made of actual horn, guts, and various types of skin etc.

  • i have just edited title even though anyone that has archery equiptment would have known that a recurve could never shoot 600 feet per second. seems this confused some people.

  • only i am not american mate.

  • i think from memory it is about 42-45 pounds at 28 inches.

  • no need for calling a person moron or dumbass. you shouldnt have called it gay in the first place and i wouldnt have concluded you knew nothing about archery. anyway enjoy the sport as it is very rewarding.

  • obviously you know nothing about recurve bows because anyone that does would know that a recurve bow will never shoot 600 fps. you wouldnt be able to draw the bow as it would have to be approx 300-400 pounds of draw weight, also making it rather difficult to make. the fastest compound bows on the planet only shoot 350 fps or so without blowing up. 600 fps refers to my camera shooting the video at 600 frames per second. dont label a video as gay because you dont understand the topic.

  • @MrMrdeerhunter before making stupid comments, get your facts right and read the full post. it is 600 frames per second not 600 feet per second, hence the slow motion of the video. cross bows only reach about 400 with a 425 grain bolt. search for pse tac series crossbow for more info. my 06 bowtech allegiance shot 302feet per second with a 318 grain arrow 60 pounds draw, so a 45 pound recurve isnt going to get 600. more like 180!!

  • you say its a recurve but when you say recurve you mean a horse bow? or is it a horn bow?

  • @MEG4T our units may be outdated but our weapons are not! ZING

  • @sh1t0ff i used to draw 300-400lb bows. but then you can guess what happened.

  • that isnt 600 frames...

  • @MEG4T

    usa. usa. usa.

  • @dkrypto911 i'm a photographer, i can immediately recognise FPS as frame per second. I'm talking about a lot of comments in this page.

  • @MEG4T idiot...wow lol

  • @sh1t0ff I think the fastest of the crossbows are just now goen 400 fps and thay cost over a grand but if anyone knew just a lil about archery thay should know what you ment.Nice bow.

  • for some reason when i draw a bow (i hold the bow with left arm) my elbow always faces up/down and sticks out too close to the string and always fuckin clip the side of my elbow when the string when shooting. It hurts like a motherfucker
