  • @crazydude28 I don't sell them, I'm just interesting seeing how ancient technologies work.

    You can find some for sale, mostly from Europe, with some searches for "costrel" and that sort of thing, but the prices are prohibitive.

    Besides, making something and learning about it is half the fun...

  • I am absolutely blown away. That is a REALLY nice canteen. It's amazing that people had the capacity back in the day to make things like this. Great Video. You are very good at explaining things, thanks for taking the time to make this video for all of us. I learned a lot, this was the first video I tackled in my quest to understand leatherworking as part of my desire to become learned in the art of primitive survival.
