@batvette Okay nerd im going to explain you this like if you were a children...the car was at right lane and suppose he was going 5 mph to get that curve, and suppose algo the biker was comming 25 mph (speed limit)...now the damn car driver never checked his mirrors, no care if the biker was coming 25 mph he wont see him if he dont check his shit mirrors. Also you cant cut lane without check overtake lane and you cant cut 4 lanes at same time, and i really dont think that U curve allowed there

@batvette " if he was going 50mph in a 25 zone it's on him, if he was going the posted speed it's the car"...are you kidding me? no care of speed...whatever the speed of biker was the car driver action was the main cause. Just supose the biker was going on speed limit 25 and the car driver cross the whole 4 lanes...what would happen? the same shit...then is car driver fault....
