  • Thanks for the great upload. I had heard this song years back in the HMV cassete Rare Gems of Lata. But saw the video first time only on your channel.....MANY MANY THANKS.

  • @kalakar67 you are welcome friend.

  • thanks for posting this song....a gift for my dad!

  • You r welcome DJ.

  • The expressions and lip movements of Meena do not match the joyful rendition of Lata. There's romance in the song, so despite the longing for the beloved it has an air of excitement. The expressions of Meena and her labored, slow lip movements , however, show totally sad feelings of apparently irredeemable loss. Only watching the film as a whole might tell why this is so. Thanks for the upload to Dilij , and thanks to Qasim Bhai for the forward.

  • Exactly chamoga, she is sad. Her exressions are greatly in accordance with the story. AK is her beloved but does not want to be recognized as per story. Sorry, late reply.

  • what is this

  • Fabulous song.

  • I wish it was available for noting in my itunes. Very sweet appeal. The heart appreciates the lyrics.

  • this sweet song i used to listen on radio in my childhood . heard after ages and thanks for reminding

  • Wonderful.Never SAW the song before.

  • Sorry for my typos in your name,dilij1.

  • Dillij gave the right reply. MK is an actress I adore. There is no "accusation" in my words as you incorrectly suggest. The "labored" part is not a reflection on Meena's ability but a reference to her character being forced to voice the song, which is what a sad person does. MK is doing perfectly on that score; dillij explained it well why her expressions do not match the song.
