In the context of her saying, "It's Britney, bitch", she's not really calling somebody a bitch. People like to just add 'bitch' on the end of a statement to sound like they have attitude. 'Bitch', outside of this sentence, means a nasty woman. Whereas 'whore' would mean an insult to a woman who has a lot of sex, or in the literal sense of the word, a term for a woman who sells sex.
