Computer With 10,000 Viruses

Well I went over to my friend Chris's house a few months ago and I decided to scan his computer since it was so slow. I downloaded AVG and started scanning. I told my other friend who was there that the goal was to reach 100 viruses. Well from there it got to 500, then 1000, then 5000, then finally our goal was 10,000 viruses. I didn't think it would go that far but it did.
In the end, AVG had found over 11,000 infected files on Chris's computer.
A lot of people bring up the point that the infected files being found are simply duplicates stemming from just a few different original viruses. This is most likely true depending on how you view what a single virus is.
