@100tuyetvan Vancouver sounds nice. I am afraid I have only seen it on film and tv (21 Jump Street was shot there), but it strikes me as looking pretty similar to my part of Norway. Vegetation and topography wise. The sea, the trees, the hills/mountains. Even the villas looked kind of similar. And yes, I have skied cross country. It is fun - in the right terrain. You need proper tracks - pavements seldom any good. Too many people walking, ruins the tracks and make for a bumpy ride. But do try!:)

oh, i forgot to tell you this ..sometimes, i saw people walking like country skiing .. in that case, you're safe from anything on the ground (not from the roof though) .. have you ever tried that before ??
i don't have that much snow here .. otherwise, i will try it .. why not, right ?
-
@jumar1281 Yes they did. But nowadays traction control and some other gadgets completely has solved that problem.

@Tvjunkieful12 yes, thank God, i live in Beautiful Vancouver, BC :D .. there's not much snow here, and i love it that way . i mean 1/2 day snowing is ok, but day after day after day, i will be clinically depressed :D
i hate the idea that they dump snow on the sides of the road .. i mean "how can you park? how can you walk on the pavement? how can .. ??" .. i'd rather they dump in the middle of the road .. either way, it takes place .. but the latter is safer for driving and easier for walking

@mrdot2 Provided the engine is in front as well. It is the weight of the engine that provides the better grip, not the placing on the car of the active wheels. But in modern rear wheel driven cars traction control and similar devices prevent the cars from spinning by directing the power to those, or that, wheel/s which has the best grip at any moment. This particular 80`s Mercedes E-class obviously didn`t have any such system.

@100tuyetvan You obviously don`t live in Scandinavia. It is almost impossible to walk on the pavements when it is snowing heavy - those are the last places the snow gets cleared from. Besides there is a severe danger of being hit by snow falling from roofs when you are walking in cities or towns. My homecity, Bergen (NO), had constant snow from 19th. of the December 2009 and well into mid March 2010. Thanks to traction control, driving no problem. 1000s broke arms and leggs falling on pavements.
Stupid video. Not funny at all...
