how to enter cheats in kotor 2 :REMAKE

UPDATE:A guy named Lagarst posted this comment it will help you if you have Vista:

if any one has a proplem because they have vista what you do is go to your kotor 2 folder at the top you'll see a button saying "compatibility files" click that. It will then take you to a new kotor.ini thats the one that can be alterd. this is done so if you screw somthing up you can just delete it and it wont effect anything, and you wont have to make any backups.

UPDATE: this is windows XP i will remind you. I also have descovered that the SWKotOR.ini file sometimes does not have a name or doesnt say .ini just so you all know. it will be a picture of a white notepad with a orange thingy on it.

HERES HOW TO FIX,

okay so you had the same issue i did, so do this....

after it asks to save the file SAVE IT TO YOUR DESKTOP, !!!NOT!!! in the kotor folder... once you have that file on the desktop drag and drop on the kotor folder where the file you wanted to edit is located, and overwrite it.... and WALLA!!

ok, so I have a question: how do I DISable cheats? I've erased the EnableCheats=1 thing, saved, but the cheat I used is still active.

ok I've done it all, saved on the ini file, but no console, nothing will come up to write anything ingame, and if I start pressing keys, the game will react and the character will walk/menu pop etc, what to do now?

hey whenever I type in cheats it makes me move around and open menus in my journals and what not. How come it does this? I have the Enable cheats thing all typed in and stuff so whats up?
