Protech Doru (Tactical and G10 inlay models) Review and Critique. The Doru, made by Protech, is an amazing automatic knife coming in at a reasonably affordable price point. It's a true home run, with a strong action, smooth and grit free button lock and high quality construction. In my opinion, a straight 10.
Nice work on G10.

@PavlovSandor Protech does produce the Dark Angel OTF, and it's a wicked knife. I don't like Microtech because lately they've been stealing designs from other makers. The OSS is a Mikov copy, they recently copied the ZT 777 and the Select Fire was meant to be a SNG copy but they changed it at the last minute at the request of Strider. I won't buy their knives anymore, even tho I still have a few. Good knives but Mafione's a douchebag.

Amazing job on those scales. If you are ever looking for a bang-for-your-buck auto, check out the Kershaw Breakout. I got mine for around $70 and it is great. Great review by the way.

@wenkrush Yeah I used to have a 7000 Breakout in OD actually. I liked the knife but the blade was really too thin for me and I kept rolling the edge during use. In the end I think I just sold it and upgraded to a TR-3 for my go to utility auto. Thanks for watching!
