@AlexALecole No, If you have Wi-Fi hot spot near you then you connect like that. or if u have a iphone from at&t u can tether it to the internet and download it like that. hope this helps :D

@rahhsaa21 This method is free. There are now better IM clients but they might cost money. This one im showing you is free. If you are using an IPhone they might charge you for 3G.
