@kortedfranela The XS does NOT record video, no. I picked this up a few weeks ago to dabble in photography. The quality is phenominal, but I'm jumping up to the T3i for the video capability and the added ISO. Definitely a great starter camera

if a point and shoot camera has a 12 megapixel sensor but a 1000d has a 10.1 megapixel sensor does that mean that the point and shoot is better altogether?

Loved your video. Just wondering if the 'live feed' feature just works on the manual function? Mine doesn't seem to turn on, while camera is in Auto Mode?

Does anyone know what to do when this camera won't take pictures like it just thinks forever and it won't take is there a way to reset it? I really need some help!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm in need to take pictures! Please help I've been looking everywhere and can't figure it out.
