By Brendan Behan
Directed by Jonathan Berry
September 12- November 1, 2009
Brendan Behans most celebrated play set in a Dublin brothel is a
rollicking, bawdy tragi-comedy, full of brawling energy, song and
satire. The lives of its colorful inhabitants are disrupted one evening
when a young British soldier is brought in to be held in exchange for an
IRA loyalist about to be executed. Laughter, tears, joy, and fear
intertwine in this music hall staging directed by Jonathan Berry.
