  • hey bola killer work.

just wanted to know your technique.

i see you dont roll your solders, and you have your feet together.

i know why you dont roll the sholders, but is there a resoning to your feet being so close? i normaly keep mine slightly wider then my sholders

  • The function of the traps is to move up and down... there is no need to roll your shoulders. I put my feet close because its comfortable.

  • I'm not a fan of bouncing, I fell it produces lazy weight lifters... My form is solid up(hold) down... simple......not bad over all though

  • Great job! I guarantee anyone critiquing this man's form or technique don't lift seriously themselves or are just jelous. If you know you cant even make that weight budge, nontheless shrug it 15 times, stfu and sit down!

  • terrible form and technique

  • Nice job. I remember when I used to do 5 plates for reps with a barbell. Those were the good ol' days.

  • @bskola ncie lift but try putting pauses in like when you go up hold for 1-2 seconds

  • hi there. great job. i wanted to share some experience. i do machine shrugs on a shrug machine individually. each side with 5-6 plates of 45. doing each side at a time allows me to utilize the most receptability. so overall everything is more efficient. it takes more focus to keep receptability in "2 muscles" than "1". after all the higher receptability of the wire the more juice!

  • I thought bouncing to move more weight was bad and poor form in any exercise?

  • Nice job dude, how much do you weigh?

  • As on all your vids, perfect form. And great delts to show for it. Thanks.
