Icons place in prayer and worship

Ive tryed to explain the place of icons in prayer and worship.
Firstly demonstarting that there is no violation of the 2nd commandment because you would probably have that fear in you if your watching clips about this topic.
Next i try to demonstrate how the prototype depicted in the icon receives the veneration or prayers, not the matter that makes up the image itself.
My aim is to help you feel comfortable about the use of icons and that they are far from being used as idols.

Tragically, our iconoclastic friends, most of them with genuinely good intentions, will not want to listen to our Biblical witness of holy icons. All I can suggest is that along with a humble witness, we offer them love in Christ
