I do not think so. There are 2 different teas you can try if you hate one of them! The tea is what helps break up the build up in intestines! So.. I do not think there is a way around the tea...

Although it did not really work for me.. there are definitely some of the workouts I am going to incorporate into my regimen. That is for sure! Thanks for the comment..
