@Lioyd1rving Her design in XIII is basically an edit one of her extra outfits in the KOF Maximum Impact games just without the braids and the knives. In my opinion it just looked more natural on her then her normal outfit. Plus Leona is one of the most stacked chicks in KOF If I remembered right her bust size is the same or close to Mature's. Also this change also could mean Leona is become more dead serious like her adoptive father.
