Your emotions are telling you something about your inner turbulence. For example, you may be feeling emotionally unclear and volatile. You may be blaming others for your life issues and feelings. You may be unable to stay mentally and emotionally balanced. You may be feeling unusually negative. If any of these emotional issues are coming up in your life and relationships and are causing damage to you, then consider that you may be living in a turbulent sea of emotions! You need to take action and heal your emotional world.
Dont ignore these signals; they are important. As you heal your emotional body, you will have more patience, trust, faith, and be able to keep your joy and enthusiasm about life. Your self esteem will increase, your relationships and communications will improve, you will no longer harbor resentment and anger, and your overall health will improve.
The intention of purifying our emotional body is not to teach you to fight against negative emotions but to help you learn to create conditions in which the birth of negative emotions will be an impossibility.
