$4 gas tax might work for couples or singples living on their own that can afford higher rent places closer to work, in the city etc. Those with families need largers places further out, have to commute more. Biking does NOT work for everyone. The goal should not be to make everyone bike and penalize everyone who doesn't. The goal is to get as many people who are able to do so, weather permitting... to do so.

Nicole is awesome, and she has done such an amazing job transforming the city of Boston. I can't wait to see the rest of this series. I hope that someday Nicole comes to NYC to help us make our city roads bike friendly.

I can't wait to ride around Boston this summer. Nicole's made some incredible strides with new bike lanes and more. I look forward to seeing her bike share program come to life!
