Starts out on low speed, shifts to med. speed. See Final Spin video for the Rapid-Dry 1000 Rpm spin.

Note: the cabinet does not shake on the spin cycle. The camera makes the video look as if the washer cabinet is shaking. Why? I Dunno...

  • @2007DRam1500 Oh ok. I'm glad you cleared that up for me.

  • @fgbags There are holes at the top of the basket. When the spin cycle starts, the water is spun out into the cabinet of the washer. There is a hole in the right back corner of the cabinet. The water is pumped out of the cabinet during the first few minutes of the spin cycle. The older Frigidarie models, Unimatics, took off from the get go. They hit a high speed almost instantly. We had one in our trailer back in 1969. It spun so fast, it walked right out into the middle of the hallway

  • best top loader ever made

  • where does the water go so fast?

  • I remember these models. Still got clothes

cleaner than the rest, and the dryer time wash much less with these units!

  • If it's newer than a Unimatic, why is the spin 140 RPM slower?

  • Wow! Is this a Rollermatic?
