I downloaded these sims (except for Poland) from Sous les toits de Paris (http://ginger.guhaw.com/). I fell in love the moment I saw them.
Clothes are from Zero Recter's Sims! (http://rechter-sims.livejournal.com/) with some silly recolor done by me.

Since it's more chaotic than usual, let me explain a bit.

+ It's just Russia dancing with his sisters and Balts in a wonderland-like setting.
+ Russia is plucking England's trademark because in Russia's epic character song "winter", the phrase "Не понимаю" sounds like " either magnificent eyebrows" or "pull out those eyebrows" in Japanese and it's just too funny kolkolkolkol (^J^)
+ And it's Poland Russia is tickling (or bullying) and Lithuania is begging for life.
+ Lastly, I've made 16 episode of sims videos in NicoNico called "Russia until your heart's content" in which Russia accidentally gets abducted and becomes pregnant with an alien baby. The viewers started accusing Tony (America's little alien friend) so I thought of making a happy family. The pictures in the bedroom are of Russia, Tony and their kid Sovie (no need to explain where that name came from). I'm sorry if this storyline bothers you, but it's typical in sims world.

I'm not gonna comment on Belarus because she's just her normal self. I really liked these sims especially Ukraine, and I hope to make a darker music video with them.

@NekoKaoru He was abducted by the aliens and had a baby (this only happens when a male sim gets abducted). The viewers from NicoNico decided to call the baby "Sovie"...haha. It was a happy ending though.
