  • Don, Way to go!!! It's working!!! Core synergistice I consider the toughest workout. I rather do ab ripper X 4 times then core S. Keep it rolling. Double workouts are tough. Last year I was training for the boston marathon at the same time. I was crashing every night by 9, and slept like a baby.
