Where there is no physiological reason for anorgasmia in men or women, and we always advise thorough medical checks, then it is possible to over-ride the learned response (or lack of response). Thank you for your reply. I am a male suffer of secondary anorgasmia, and in more detail to be labeled as anorgasmic ejaculation. That would mean I get a full erection and sexual excitement, but upon ejaculation the feeling of orgasm is replaced by nothing. I have suffered from this condition for over two years. I am quick to feel depressed when I am reminded of the rarity of this condition in males, and the fact that most of the support and research is explicitly for female sufferers.
