  • LuLu has empowered me, as a creator, to publish and have complete control over my projects. Print-on-demand is a brilliant idea whose time has come! Thank you Bob - for thinking of this and developing it into a reality.

  • Good Very good

    Tks Bob

    I love you!!!!

  • @nullbunker: The problems I've had with support are valid and have zero to do with content, marketing or sales. So, kindly - go fuck yourself. :)

  • @CatInTheChatFL stop bitching about LULU. If yer shit don't sell, it's probably shit! write something decent and you'll be a millionaire.

  • this man ish a humanitarian! god bless him and his enterprise!!!!

  • Lulu has proven to be a major disappointment. I have been waiting for *over a month and a half* for technical support to resolve an issue with reviews disappearing.

    *A month and a half * Bob.

I've had additional problems with a complete lack of support on a font issue when I tried to take my book from pdf to book form. It was never resolved and I just got tired of waiting for support to come up with literally any options for me to pursue.

I'll be pursing "create space" at amazon now.

  • It's too bad Lulu has chosen to ignore its user base and start making itself look big by importing competitors' books into its marketplace, fail to respond to problems with shipping and publication quality, and in other ways fail its true customers, the authors who self-publish using its services. Bob Young admits he has no actual business experience and the turnaround rate for its customer service staff demonstrates a clear lack of follow up on exitsting problems. He should go back to school.

  • Lulu is the best selfpublish service out there. I've used them to publish several books. If you think it's too hard just keep at it with lulu and some hard work you will publish a book.

  • Lulu is still growing as and will continue as time goes on. many companies go through problems when they are first established. give it time and those problems will be fixed

  • I'm on Lulu forums and there are ENDLESS major problems with Lulu's printing and there is NO PHONE number for them and all emails are ignored (well you get an automated reply and a case number). Lulu is a brilliant idea but it does not work in practice.
