Special Olympics GB Unified Football - Spurs Global Launch

SPURS become the first Special Olympics Global Ambassador Club in Great Britain. The event kicked off with a showcase at the Spurs Lodge. This featured Unified Football, which brings people with and without learning disabilities together on the football pitch, whilst breaking down possible barriers that could exist between the two groups of people. In particular the social differences in the two groups.
It also allows people to work on their communication skills, whilst learning about the differences in people.
