is there a version with 4 groups of female singers ? or was there not enough boys for bass & tenor ? because on the second group was girls instead of boys; so i was just wondering why there were females for the tenor part?

@LpFBTS this was a 4 part version of the song (SATB), but we split the altos and had some sing tenor because we didnt have enough tenors that year.

My high school Madrigals performed this song for festival in 2007. We took the tempo faster than this, and where was the Tenor part? It seemed to be completely missing.

Actually, this is accurate what they're singing. There are 2 versions, and I perfer this 1 to the 1 that you're refering to.
