At the November 17, 2009 Board of Equalization meeting in Sacramento, the Democratic majority passes legislative proposals that increase the tax agencies' powers over the objections of the Republican members of the BoE
When I first viewed this I was in shock, But after thinking this through, this may be a good process to start. First we take away the contractors licenses and ability to earn a living, then we take away the Doctors licenses, then this is where it gets good, we disbar all the attorneys that owe back taxes and not allow them to practice law in California, and now this is the best part, we do not allow any government official to be in office if they owe back taxes.
Mr. Leonard appears to have a brain...there are obviously 3 people on this commission that do not. How do you expect to collect money from someone when you take the ability for them to make money away? Just another example of the California government running business out of the state. I didn't catch the guy's name on the left, but he is obviously a complete idiot. Just thinking about this makes me want to flip out
