Funny how some people talk shiet because it seems like they are "dancing" but in reality that's how they practiced back then. When Spaniards finally conquered the Philippines they feared this form of fighting so much they banned it from being practiced by the filipinos so in response the filipinos started to masked their art by "dancing" but actually practicing moves and possible attack scenarios... and if it's such a joke then why does American movies like THe bourne identity used this form.
