this is great - the guitarist is my Kindergarten-Comrad HELMUT STEINER who quit the band later on. Sometimes I meet him in Esslingen his home-town.
Sad that video-clips of this time are very rare.....

It is eaten raw or after being stewed, giving it a spreadable consistency once broken from its casing, and is served with Grünkohl (kale).
The name bregenwurst comes from the Low German word for "brain" or "head", which can be written either as Bregen or Brägen.
